The MySQL Upgrade has now been completed, we are sorry to have caused any disruption whilst this work was carried out.Unfortunately this was an upgrade that we had put off for as long as we could. Going forward the updated MySQL will provide compatibility with any future programs that require it. Thanks again for your patience.

Due to Wordpress no longer supporting MySQL version 4 we are going to upgrade to version 5. This may take some time, in the meantime we are advising all customers to backup their databases and upgrade any scripts as a matter of course. We will advise when this is complete.

Hello all, The migration to the new server was completed at 18:30 this evening (2nd August '11). We aimed to have this completed last night, but a DNS issue prevented the migration running as smoothly as we would have liked. A vulnerability has been discovered in the ProFTPd FTP server for Linux which affects both Plesk and cPanel. We are aware of this and are running an update. FTP might be affected for a while, as we run the update
